She has lived in the North Shore, Massachusetts since 2000. She currently resides in Manchester by the Sea, with her husband and two daughters. She knows the area inside out and upside down!

Evonne is an active member of the North Shore, having served many years on on various PTO committees for Manchester Memorial elementary school, as well as six years as Treasurer for the Manchester Cultural Council. She currently serves on the Historic District Commission for Manchester-by-the-Sea.

Evonne has a B.A.(Honors) from the University of Lincoln, England, in European Business Studies. She is also fluent in French.
